Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Bentonville, AR team in a full-time onsite role. You will engage with patients across their fertility journey, conducting evaluations and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include managing fertility treatments, performing diagnostic procedures, counseling patients, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation. A valid AR RN license and BLS are required, with 1 year of clinical experience and women's health

Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active AR state RN license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Active BLS required.
  • Women’s health background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
  • Manage fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
  • Perform ultrasounds and other diagnostic assessments.
  • Triage OB cases and provide patient education and counseling.
  • Coordinate care with healthcare teams and maintain EMR records.
  • Participate in quality improvement and ongoing education.

The NP will engage with patients throughout their journey, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, high-quality care.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility- Arkansas in Bentonville, AR. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
  • Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
  • Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
  • Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active AR state RN license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Active BLS required.
  • Women’s health background preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
