Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Brooklyn, NY team in a full-time, onsite capacity. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support fertility patients throughout their journey.

The NP will conduct consultations, manage fertility treatments (ovulation induction, IUI, IVF), perform diagnostics, educate patients, and provide emotional support. NY RN license and 1 year clinical experience required; women’s health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds and uterine assessments.
• Triage complex OB cases and educate patients on treatments and medications.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP)will engage with patients throughout their journey, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, high-quality care.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP)to join our dedicated team in Pinnacle Fertility - New York in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time, onsite positionworking Monday through Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active NY state RN license.
• Minimum of1 year of clinical experiencein a healthcare setting.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
