Job summary

Pomera Care LLC seeks a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to deliver wound care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Arkansas. The role focuses on geriatric patients, comprehensive wound assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation is $75–$85 per hour with full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (2 days/week) options across multiple AR locations, including North Little Rock, Little Rock, Hot Springs, West Memphis, Prescott, Texarkana, Fort

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Wound Care Certification strongly preferred.
• Previous wound care experience required.
• Experience working with geriatric patients and/or in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide ongoing wound care management and follow-up.

Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care - Multiple Locations Throughout Arkansas

We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with wound care experience who enjoys working with the geriatric population and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation

$75-$85 per hour

Full-Time | 5 Days per Week This opportunity can be structured as a full-time position covering a total of six facilities across the following locations:

• North Little Rock, AR
• Little Rock, AR (3 facilities)
• Hot Springs, AR (2 facilities)

West Memphis, AR

• 2 facilities located within the same city

Part-Time | 2 Days per Week Coverage available at the following locations:

• Prescott, AR
• Texarkana, AR

Fort Smith, AR

• 2 facilities located within the same city
• Harrison, AR (2 facilities in the same city)

Fairfield Bay, Batesville, Heber Springs & Searcy, AR

• Fairfield Bay, AR
• Searcy, AR

Brinkley, AR

• Flexible half-day weekly assignment
