UPMC Passavant is seeking a Nurse Practice Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for the PAS-Pain Management practice at 9100 Babcock Blvd in Pittsburgh. The role oversees 8–10 staff, manages daily operations, and drives quality, safety, and financial performance in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, hiring, and development; coordinating with physicians and leadership; and advancing evidence-based practice while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years nursing experience required.
• BSN or Bachelor's in related health care field required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure and CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the practice.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to staff including hiring and performance management.
• Adjust staffing based on patient volume and clinical needs.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to improve patient outcomes and safety.
• Monitor quality, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement and act on findings.
• Promote continuing education and specialty certification.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training.
• Manage the practice budget and resource use.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care processes.
• Foster collaborative, compassionate, patient-centered culture.
