Job summary

VNS Health in New York leads the Nurse Family Partnership program and seeks a senior manager to guide policy development, operations and quality. You will supervise nurse home visitors, promote client-centered care, and ensure fidelity to NFP standards.

The role collaborates with DOHMH and agency programs to drive performance, manage service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with focus on staff development and outcomes alignment.

Qualifications

• Nursing license in NY and current registration required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum four years in health care or human services; at least two years in management; experience with new mothers and infants; home visiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of NFP policies and procedures to meet goals and standards.
• Provide supervision and coaching to nurse home visitors and build a strengths-based, client-centered culture.
• Monitor alignment with NFP, DOHMH and VNS Health goals and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with DOHMH and agency programs to design marketing and customer relations initiatives.
• Manage service delivery of the NFP team and achieve performance goals.
