Job summary
Birch Healthcare Center in New Hampshire seeks a Nurse Practice Educator / Infection Preventionist to lead clinical education and the center's infection prevention program. You will translate clinical standards into practice, develop staff competencies, and monitor infection trends to drive improvements.

Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in practicing state; BSN preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in clinical education, staff development, infection prevention, nursing leadership, or a combination.
- Education/training in infection prevention and control.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical education and competency development.
- Develop and implement the infection prevention and control program.
- Coordinate nursing and clinical competencies and validate them.
- Educate staff on infection prevention practices and regulatory changes.
- Participate in QAPI and performance-improvement initiatives.
