ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Accreditation team as a Performance Improvement Program Manager. You will lead quality, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives across the health system, partnering with nursing, physicians, and operations to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• BSN required and active RN license eligible to practice in Delaware
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive improvement across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with accreditation, quality or patient safety projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support performance improvement, quality, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify opportunities and develop sustainable solutions
• Facilitate regulatory and accreditation readiness activities, including tracers and self-assessments
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance measures
• Analyze data and present results via dashboards and reports
• Coach staff and leaders in performance improvement methodologies
