Paralegal training will be provided if needed, and the position offers hybrid or remote working arrangements to accommodate flexible schedules while supporting complex cases.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN and Bachelor Degree required.
• Nurse Paralegal or Legal Nurse Consultant experience is a plus; training provided if needed.
• Ability to learn proprietary software systems and databases quickly.
• Strong written communication skills and grammar.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize medical records.
• Create medical chronologies and narrative summaries of medical records.
• Create billing record summaries in Excel.
• Determine, prepare and organize materials for expert witness review.
• Conduct investigative research on expert witnesses.
