Classic Home Care, a nurse-owned and operated skilled home health agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2003, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. Our office is in Northville, MI, and we provide care to patients in surrounding areas.

We are Joint Commission-accredited and Medicare-certified, led by RNs who collaborate with a dedicated team in a supportive and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
• Home health care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the community to help them regain independence.
• Conduct and complete initial assessment to generate a personalized plan of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Observe signs and symptoms and report changes to the physician or other health professionals as needed.
• Teach, supervise and counsel the patient and family on home nursing procedures and care needs.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to support continuous improvement of services and the agency.
