Job summary
Classic Home Care, a nurse-owned skilled home health agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2003, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. We offer contingent and part-time/full-time roles with flexible schedules and competitive per-visit compensation.
Our RNs provide in-home patient care, initial assessments, and collaborative care planning with physicians. You’ll work in a Joint Commission-accredited, Medicare-certified agency that supports growth and a professional
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license is required.
- Reliable transportation is required for home visits.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in the community to help them regain independence.
- Conduct initial assessments to generate a personalized plan of care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Observe signs and report changes to the physician or health professionals as needed.
- Teach and counsel patients and families on home nursing procedures and care needs.
- Demonstrate critical thinking to continuously improve services and the agency.
