Job summary

Classic Home Care, a nurse-owned skilled home health agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2003, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. We offer contingent and part-time/full-time roles with flexible schedules and competitive per-visit compensation.

Our RNs provide in-home patient care, initial assessments, and collaborative care planning with physicians. You’ll work in a Joint Commission-accredited, Medicare-certified agency that supports growth and a professional

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license is required.
Reliable transportation is required for home visits.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients in the community to help them regain independence.
Conduct initial assessments to generate a personalized plan of care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Observe signs and report changes to the physician or health professionals as needed.
Teach and counsel patients and families on home nursing procedures and care needs.
Demonstrate critical thinking to continuously improve services and the agency.
