Job summary
HealthPartners in Minnesota seeks an RN with leadership experience to supervise daily operations for nursing, frontline and surgery scheduling at the 5400 PN Plastic Surgery site and related Burnsville/Maple Grove locations.
The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and a proven track record in supervising teams, coordinating staffing, and implementing new services while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- RN license required; BLS provider status.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or 3 years non-supervisory experience.
- Experience with surgical/nursing scheduling and unit operations.
Responsibilities
- Interviews, hires, evaluates, coaches and disciplines staff.
- Directs daily operation of the unit(s).
- Assists in development and implementation of new services and procedures.
- Coordinates orientation and staff development programs.
- Manages staffing schedules with regular and float personnel.
- Supports salary planning and emergency readiness and CPR competency.
