Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of patient care delivery experience.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field plus minimum two years in business operations, clinical health care, or related field OR minimum three years in business operations/clinical health care.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience (with or without direct reports).
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems across locations.
• Support collaboration with physicians and health care team to achieve optimal and safe patient care.
• Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Supervise use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain safe environment for patients and employees; ensure regulatory compliance and quality/risk management.
• Provide clinical supervision, competency, and licensing necessary to fulfill responsibilities; delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
