Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager to coordinate and supervise assigned department(s) with 24/7 oversight, strategy execution, and resource planning in Boise, Idaho. The role partners with Senior Management to drive quality and service excellence and ensure adherence to policy and patient care standards.

Qualified applicants must hold an RN license (Idaho or Oregon), a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 5 years of nursing experience, and Basic Life Support certification

Qualifications

• RN license required (Idaho or Oregon).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 5 years of nursing experience required.
• Basic Life Support certification required (ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS).

Responsibilities

• Oversees 24/7 day-to-day operations of the department.
• Aligns department with strategy, policy, and performance goals.
• Manages resources, performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Liaisons with Senior Management and Medical Staff; ensures compliance with policies.
