Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System seeks an Operating Room Assistant Manager to lead OR teams in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on service-line support for General, ENT, Peds, and Plastics, with emphasis on teamwork and clinical excellence.

The position requires a BSN, 3 years of Surgical Services OR experience, RN leadership exposure, and valid BLS/ACLS along with RN licensure. CNOR is preferred. This is a 1.0 FTE exempt leadership opportunity at a major Idaho medical system.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required.
• 3 years nursing experience in Surgical Services - Operating room.
• RN charge/lead and/or leadership experience preferred; CNOR preferred; BLS, ACLS and RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Support General, ENT, Peds, and Plastics service lines as Assistant Nurse Manager.
• Lead and coordinate OR operations for Boise site.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safety, quality, and staff development.
