Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Nampa seeks a Lead Practice Nurse to provide clinical leadership in the Karcher Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic. This working RN role includes triage and patient care alongside staff, with responsibility for staff meetings, scheduling, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of nursing experience, an ACEN or CCNE-accredited degree (associate or bachelor's), an Idaho RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.
• Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support within the clinic and network.
• Coordinate back office staff and liaise between support staff, physician and clinic managers/administrators.
• Conduct staff meetings, scheduling, clinical competencies, staff education, etc.
• Ensure Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards compliance.
• Assist in preparing operational budgets yearly, and help assess capital equipment needs.
