Maria Parham Health in Henderson, NC is seeking a Nurse Navigator (RN) for the Heart and Vascular Department. This full-time role supports exceptional patient care by coordinating cardiovascular services and acting as a liaison across departments. Working hours are 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m. on dayshift. The ideal candidate holds an NC RN license (or compact), BSN preferred, BLS and ACLS within 6 months, and at least two years of RN experience.

Maria Parham Health's multidisciplinary team provides care that addresses the complexity of vascular disease and offers an array of services ranging from medical and surgical management of vascular disease, vein and wound care to peripheral vascular intervention.
Assures optimum quality patient care by serving as a cardiac navigator resource liaison for all ancillary departments and medical staff members.
