Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Nebraska or compact RN license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on preoperative, intraoperative, and post-operative experiences.
• Facilitate communication between all members of the health care team.
• Coordinate office visits across comprehensive care teams for continuity of care delivery.
• Enhance each patient's experience by staying involved— visiting patients at appointments, assessing their needs, and relaying relevant information to providers.
• Collect data for best practice and quality of care.
