As our Nurse Navigator at Good Samaritan Hospital, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families/caregivers.
Every day y ou will work directly with them and their providers to eliminate barriers to timely care, facilitate flow through the system, and facilitate interactions with the clinical care team.
To be successful in this role, you must f unction as a member of an interdisciplinary team to assess, secure and coordinate appropriate services and e mpower patients, families, and caregivers to assume as much responsibility for their care as possible, with the constraints of age, illness and other factors.

The Orthopedics Unit at Good Samaritan Hospital is a 22-bed unit that cares for a variety of ortho patients and is Joint Commission Certified in total hip and total knee replacements. We provide state of the art orthopedic procedures in Kearney, NE. The Medical Surgical unit is a 24-bed dedicated unit that cares for a variety of patients including general surgery, medsurg, gynecology, psych/detox, ENT, and general medicine.
