Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS and/or BLS certifications preferred.
• Ambulatory coordination/admin coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly clinic activities and schedule with physicians and patients.
• Provide patient and family education and support across the cancer care continuum.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
• Document treatment plans and follow-up in the EMR.
