Qualifications

• Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in a clinic setting as part of the nurse navigator role.
• Collaborate with providers, schedulers, nursing, and other departments.
• Coordinate orders, scheduling, and procedures to ensure care continuity.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and follow-up.
• Maintain timely completion of education, trainings, and certifications.
