The position requires an RN with 2 years clinical practice and oncology experience preferred; BSN preferred for less than 5 years’ RN experience, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Two years clinical practice experience required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• One year demonstrated computer experience with word processing and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the continuum for outpatient oncology services.
• Lead interdepartmental communication to ensure timely appointments and records.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and coordination of ancillary services.
• Provide patient and caregiver education about diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
