Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 3–5 years nursing experience required; 2 years in target population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical review of incoming malignant hematology referrals.
• Prioritize referrals according to disease-specific triage criteria.
• Match patients with the appropriate malignant hematology subspecialist.
• Facilitate expedited scheduling of urgent/high-acuity cases.
• Coordinate collection of medical records and diagnostic information prior to consultation.
• Serve as clinical liaison between referring providers, scheduling teams, and treating clinicians.
• Improve referral throughput and reduce administrative burden on clinic staff.
• Support timely patient access and enhance patient and referring provider experience.
