Job summary

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas seeks a Registered Nurse to support discharge planning for inpatients at Summerlin Hospital. You will collaborate with inpatient nursing staff to coordinate safe, timely patient transitions and ensure compliance with hospital standards.

Requires a Nevada RN license, BLS, ACLS; two years acute care experience; stroke/chest pain program background preferred. We offer a comprehensive education center, competitive pay, and strong teamwork under UHS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a specialty course and/or equivalent.
• Bachelors’s Degree and Master’s preferred.
• Two years acute care experience; stroke/chest pain program experience preferred.
