Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking a dedicated Nurse Leader for a full-time Day shift to guide patient-care delivery across interdisciplinary teams.

You will develop policies, mentor staff, advance evidence-based practices, and manage budgets to improve patient outcomes while upholding the hospital’s standards. The role requires RN licensure with BLS and ACLS, a Bachelor of Nursing, Master’s preferred, and 1+ year of acute care leadership. The position offers comprehensive benefits from day one.

Maintains clear communication and effective planning for patient-care delivery.
Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and positive relationships with patients, staff, vendors, and other departments.
Demonstrates professionalism, supports continuing education, and promotes ongoing staff development.
