Job summary

Western Home Communities is seeking an experienced RN mentor for our Ackley location. You will lead with compassion, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents, with a weekend shift package.

Responsibilities include infection control, MDS coordination, staff supervision, and precise administration of medications. Expect strong teamwork, clear communication with physicians, families, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state board-approved RN program.
• Current Iowa RN license in good standing.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
