The Nurse Mentor will collaborate with the Assisted Living Leader to maintain high standards of resident care, staff development, and a culture of service.

• Lead and support the Assisted Living Leader in managing daily operations for 48 residents (24 traditional, 24 memory support) and mentor nursing staff.
