This leadership position supports our Assisted Living program for 48 residents across memory care and traditional settings, guiding nursing staff and ensuring compassionate care aligned with Pennybyrn’s mission.

The Nurse Mentor will collaborate with the Assisted Living Leader to maintain high standards of resident care, staff development, and a culture of service.
