Pennybyrn, located in High Point, NC, seeks a Charge Nurse to provide skilled nursing care within our nonprofit, faith-based retirement community. You will assess and plan patient care, implement treatments, and report outcomes, aligning with our mission and values.

Pay Rate Scale Is Based On Experience.
LPNs: $26 - $30 per hour
RNs: $30 - $35 per hour
Shift Differentials
$2.00 for Weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts
$1.50 for Weekend 1st shift
$3.50 for Weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts

Qualifications
Required Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Currently licensed as a Nurse in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Previous Experience With Geriatric Residents Preferred.
Good physical and mental health
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents, in excess of 100 lbs.
Must be able to push and manipulate equipment, in excess of 50 lbs.
