Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to mentor new graduates and nurses advancing into new specialties. You will round on units, guide skill development, provide real-time coaching, and support safe, high-quality patient care across shifts.

You’ll bring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current RN licensure, and 2+ years of nursing experience, with leadership or precepting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ RN experience.
• 1+ years’ leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ years’ preceptor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on units to observe care and coach staff.
• Guide skill development, clinical judgment, care planning.
• Provide hands-on support during rapid responses and codes.
• Teach and troubleshoot essential nursing skills.
• Reinforce safety standards and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with unit leaders to support growth and teamwork.
