The role focuses on patient-centered care, staff engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance while advancing operational performance and safety across the surgical continuum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field; four years of direct experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees surgical services across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Supervises and evaluates staff performance in surgical services.
• Applies evidence-based practices to improve outcomes and safety.
• Analyzes quality metrics, staffing, and operations for continuous improvements.
