AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida is seeking an experienced RN to join the PCU Surgical Oncology unit. You will lead a nursing team on nights, manage venous access and infusion therapies, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license required and able to work in the United States.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans.
• Assess patients to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and efficiency.
