IHA is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee patient care within assigned units in our California facilities. This role reports to the Director, Surgical Services, Nursing Service Admin, and ensures quality, staffing alignment, and fiscal accountability.
Ideal candidate holds a RN license in California, with leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree; CPR is required. This is a full-time day-shift position offering competitive pay.
Reporting to the Director, Surgical Services, Nursing Service Admin, this position has twenty-four hour accountability for managing all aspects of patient care in the assigned units, coordinating the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical support to staff, and ensuring continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability.
