Job summary
Emory Healthcare seeks a Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across Executive Park, Decatur, and Johns Creek Sleep Center locations. You will oversee daily clinical operations, staff development, and patient care delivery while maintaining high safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The role reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and emphasizes leadership in clinical practice development, performance management, and operational efficiency within a Magnet-aligned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
- Total nursing experience: at least five years; two years in lead/supervisory roles.
- Active RN license in Georgia; multi-state compact (eNLC) if virtual care.
- BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on department.
- Leadership and ongoing education in clinical practice and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and operational performance.
- Develop and implement staff education, coaching, and succession planning; ensure adherence to clinical standards.
- Oversee clinical workflows, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance across units.
- Monitor quality metrics, resources, and financial performance; drive continuous improvement.
- Foster inclusive culture and effective collaboration across inter-professional teams.
