Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to direct the development, implementation and evaluation of the nursing regimen for patients within an assigned unit. You will schedule, guide and supervise nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining care plans, coordinating with the health team, and contributing to ongoing education and quality improvement within the Nursing Department.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New York State RN license and current registration.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing regimen for patients within the unit.
• Schedule, guide, and supervise nursing personnel in daily activities and care delivery.
• Develop and maintain nursing care plans and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.
