Please click here to learn more about our locations.**Job Description**The Operating Room Nurse Manager is accountable for overall management of patient care, nursing staff, and ancillary staff in the Surgical Services (i.e. AM / SDS, Pre and Post Anesthetic care, Operation Room and Central Sterile departments). Provides supervision to competent RNs, OR Techs, NA and ancillary staff. Directs ongoing evaluation of safety and quality of patient care. Develops annual operating and capital equipment budgets in accordance with organizational and patient care needs. Plans and controls staff and supply utilization within allocated funds. Collaborates with administrative, medical and interdisciplinary staff in the analysis and improvement of programs, systems and staff development. Provides direct patient care as necessary.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provides leadership in the delivery of care and nursing practice within the Operating Room. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
