Corpus Christi Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager RN for our Freestanding ER to lead a dynamic emergency team. You will oversee clinical operations, staffing, and patient care standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) or equivalent required.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required.
• RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience in Emergency Room setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and evaluates the clinical and management activities of an assigned area.
• Facilitates safe patient care by adherence to unit standards of care.
• Develops and executes policies and procedures and unit standards of care; promote interdisciplinary communication.
