Overview Come join our nursing team at Rebound Behavioral Health! Rebound Behavioral Health, a 63 bed inpatient and outpatient facility, offers the highest quality treatment in the area. Our acute inpatient and partial hospitalization programs for adults provide a safe structure where individuals can focus on healing themselves and working through their issues. All of our patients receive an individualized treatment plan that meets their needs and ensures long lasting recovery. Our goal is to provide individuals the tools and knowledge they need to live a happy, healthy life.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Assists the DON/CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of nursing for assigned units. Oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints. Provides leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as nursing practice standards. Recognizes that patient safety is a top priority.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Two or more years of nursing experience and previous experience with patient population of the facility is preferred. Minimum one or more years’ management, charge or administrative experience required.
