Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
• Florida RN license required; BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required for Telemetry Clinical Manager.
• Two years in a clinical specialty with one year supervisory/management experience.
• National certification in area of specialty strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing the patient care unit for administrative and clinical aspects.
• Organize, develop, direct and assure delivery of cost-effective, quality care.
• Provide staff education based on theory and clinical expertise.
