Job summary

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Florida is seeking a results-driven Nurse Manager to lead patient care services and support the Director in daily operations. This role focuses on supervising, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and optimizing resources to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of progressive management experience in acute care, Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS, and knowledge of Florida Nurse Practice Act. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BS in nursing or health related preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive management experience in acute health care setting.
• Knowledge of Florida Nurse Practice Act, Joint Commission and AACVPR/CMS requirements.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.
• Knowledge of quality improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Director by planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling activities.
• Manage day-to-day operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
