Tenet Healthcare's Delray Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a patient care unit, partnering with the Administrative Director to deliver cost-effective, high-quality care. Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, related field or equivalent competencies/job experience
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing, Education, Management or related field, or demonstrated equivalent competencies preferred
• Two years experience in clinical related specialty; one year supervisory or management experience; knowledge of Quality Improvement and Joint Commission standards
• RN licensed in the State of Florida; American Heart Association BLS; ACLS for Telemetry Clinical Manager
• Managerial experience; national certification in area of specialty preferred

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Administrative Director to manage the patient care unit and ensure cost-effective, quality patient care.
• Direct and oversee processes ensuring care aligns with hospital, state, federal, Joint Commission, ANA standards and ethics.
• Provide education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise.
• Maintain 24-hour accountability to ensure clinical resources and continuity of patient care.
