Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to lead the Emergency Department nursing team on nights, directing care and coordinating with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Must hold Florida RN licensure (BSN preferred), with at least two years as a staff nurse and charge nurse experience; BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required (ENPC encouraged). A $20,000 sign-on is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• Florida RN licensure required, BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years as a staff nurse; charge nurse experience preferred.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC; CEN optional.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing care in the Emergency Department.
