Qualifications
  • State RN License, required.
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a leadership role, required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview

As an RN Manager, you will help establish and implement employee policies and procedures. You will mentor less experienced nurses and nursing assistants. You will monitor overall care and review residents’ care information on a case-by-case basis, ensuring the standards of care are maintained.
