Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse/Rehab Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Nurse Manager/Rehab Manager for our Falls Church, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides top-quality care to adult and geriatric clients living in various community settings including assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the Nurse/Rehab Manager include:

1. Leading, inspiring, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
2. Conducting supervisory and assessment visits for adult and geriatric clients in Falls Church, VA, and nearby areas.
3. Supervising a team of field nurses and therapists.
4. Facilitating new hire orientation and training for nurses and therapists.
5. Coordinating and delivering in-service training for field staff.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably with acute, med/surg, or sub-acute experience.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
