Skyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health provider with multiple Atlanta campuses, seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee clinical leadership and nursing operations in our residential program, working with the Director of Nursing to guide a team of registered nurses. Requirements include a Georgia RN license, a BSN, and 3–5 years of leadership experience; psychiatric nursing is preferred.

• Active Georgia RN license.
• BSN degree required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff across residential campuses.
• Manage scheduling, PTO, attendance, and logs; monitor staffing patterns and supply needs.
• Administer medications within licensure scope and communicate with medical providers.
• Conduct admissions health screenings, vital signs, and nursing interventions.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, residential counselors, and external resources.
• Support quality improvement and regulatory readiness; ensure safety and documentation.
