Job summary

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing/patient care team across all shifts in a 24/7 inpatient psychiatric setting.

The role requires RN licensure with CPR certification and 1–2 years of supervisory psychiatric nursing experience; BSN or higher is preferred. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and policy compliance, reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years clinical psychiatric nursing experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• 1–2 years supervisory/charge nurse experience required.
• BSN or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of nursing/patient care team facility-wide.
• Provide patient assessments and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in education and development of staff and policy review.
• Report to Assistant Director of Nursing.
