Job summary

Presbyterian Rust Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role oversees daily clinical operations, drives quality outcomes, and supports staff development in a patient-centered care culture.

The nurse leader partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences and operational efficiency, while guiding strategic initiatives, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Summary: Presbyterian Rust Medical Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Nurse Manager to lead our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, driving quality outcomes, supporting staff development, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient-centered care.

The Nurse Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team, partnering with physicians, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, and outstanding clinical outcomes.

In this role, the nurse leader will assist the Department Director in planning, directing and coordinating the operational, financial and personnel activities of the designated departments. Provides clinical and operational leadership for areas assigned
