Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, including 2+ years managing medical clinics.
• Basic understanding of value-based care models and healthcare regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.

This role bridges administrative functions and clinical collaboration, promoting efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
