Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to oversee daily nursing operations and staff performance across resident care. You will lead shifts, ensure policy adherence, coordinate with other services, and maintain patient safety and quality of care.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and experience in geriatrics or subacute settings. CPR/BLS certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state employed in.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and staff performance.
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to identify and correct problems.
• Identify problems in nursing care delivery and implement corrective actions.
• Report to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
• Perform safety and infection control duties and audits.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and accurate documentation.
• Oversee staff assignments and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Review and act on complaints and grievances from residents or families.
• Participate in facility quality improvement programs and committees.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

RN license (state employed in)

Peripheral IV certification

CPR/BLS certified
