Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking an RN with leadership experience to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise shifts, plan meetings, monitor performance, and coordinate care with other departments to maintain continuity and safety.

Responsibilities include reporting to the Director of Nursing, enforcing policies, and ensuring confidentiality. A BSN and active RN license in NY are preferred, with IV certification and clinical experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily nursing care and staff performance.
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings.
• Identify problems in nursing care and implement corrective action.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident services for continuity of care.
• Initiate corrective actions and follow-up from complaints.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information.
• Oversee staff assignments and administrative authority.
• Conduct rounds and ensure timely care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
