Job summary

University of Washington is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Main Operating Room in the Surgical Services team at UW Medical Center-Montlake, Seattle. The role carries 24-hour accountability for clinical operations, staff management, safety, quality, and patient experience in a full-time daytime schedule.

You will lead RN3/RN2 staff, surgical techs and other team members, driving program implementation, budget planning and performance improvements to ensure exceptional perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 2 years as RN3 or equivalent; 3–5 years of surgical nursing experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; leadership experience.
• ACLS certification required and maintained.
